What the heck species of snake might this be?   I hope one of Thailand's farang snake experts see this and identify the snake.

I once saw a snake coming out from under the seat of a Honda Zoomer, terrified girl ditched the bike.

Exact same thing happened to me 29 years ago riding from Chiangrai.  The only thing you can do is what this guy did ... lift your legs and pray.

Yep I saw this happen a couple of years ago near me, except the snake was a Monocled Cobra, and the guy was riding toward me as the snake crossed towards him, he was doing about 50km and it still struck fast enough to catch his flip flop,  we stopped and had a look a safe distance away, and could see the fang marks in the back of his footwear, they are incredibly fast.

think she had some past experience already with snakes on the loose, esp. on seats, furniture and the like
