George the French restauranteur

Does any one know what happened to George the French man who had a restaurant in Walking street Maenan. He was alleged to have shot and killed another Frenchman and last heard of was under arrest.

Is this true or just gossip. Yes i know that the others who helped  dump the body are free, but have heard so many rumours concerning George.

At least his former restaurant at soi 4's beach-end has been cleared and the house is now up for rent. I has not heard anything about George's status...

But in French George is written Georges with an s at the end.

Talked to a local girl having French boyfriend(s), and she said that Georges is in Thai prison and shall remain there for the rest of his life; I'm however not sure if that last is a fact, i.e. if there has been a Court case yet, but from what was written in media, he plead guilty in the killing, so parhaps the case is already closed.

as far as I know, they are free on bail, awaiting trial.

Maybe the others, but not George, who admitted to shooting the other guy , twice to make sure.

Laurent Delacherie's father just posted on a public Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/thailandethailande/?fref=ts) that the 3 of them are in jail, waiting for a trial (to b organised soon apparently).
