Are there still vans near Victory Monument to go to Chonburi CITY?

Featured Replies

Hello,

I was used to take a van in Chonburi (the city). Actually, north Chonburi city, Amata Nakorn.

And to go back to Amata Nakorn Chonburi City, I'd go near the Victory Monument in a very small soi full of vans and peoples.

Is this place still there?

I think I read it changed?

How can I go back to Chonburi?

The vans that go east have moved to Morchit bus terminal.

Why would anybody want to go in a Van anywhere, unless you have a Death Wish!

I live near VM. The couple of sois which used to be full of vans till a few months ago are now empty. As an earlier poster said they've moved to Mo Chit.

So any idea on how to go from any Bangkok BTS station to my place in Chonburi City?

It should require van.

But if vans aren't in victory monument anymore then I don't know where...

Why not take the van/bus from Ekkamai?

So we just have to go to Ekkamai BTS?

I'm guessing there will be some kind of big bus and vans stations there, is that right?

And one of those bus or vans would take us and stop in Chonburi City or at the North of Chonburi CITY?

(just to be clear, I do NOT go to Pattaya, but Chonburi CITY)

Thank you for your help and those more details.
