Hi,

 

Anyone here know where I can buy the 2 part urethane foam chemicals here in Thailand? (hopefully Chiang Mai or Lamphun if possible).

 

I need gallon or larger size containers of each separate chemicals, not the aerosol stuff.

 

Anyone bought it here and any ideas on pricing?

You could try contacting one of the places that does spray loft insulation. They must buy it somewhere, though I would imagine that you also need some sort of machine to mix it and propel it.

Tried already thanks!  They reply if you ask for a quote, but ignore you if you want the chemicals. I also tried a company I heard of in Bangkok - it was called JN Company Thailand Ltd. but again no reply - I'll keep looking.

Try fiberglass boat builders. They use a two part expanding foam when building fiberglass hulls and may know a source?

What is the name of these two mystery chemicals ?

Lovely stuff.

We use this stuff in industrial lagging in Australia all the time.

However not being familiar with Chiang Mai (have been there twice in 30 years) I can't  really help.

Other than looking for an industrial lagging company.

 

Edit. I just googled "Chiang Mai industrial insulation" after trying a few other searches and came up with a few contacts. None specialising in two-pack but maybe worth a long shot.
