HUA HIN: -- Police in Hua Hin have made an arrest within three days of a man who robbed the 7-Eleven convenience store at the end of Soi 5 on Petchkasem Road on Friday morning.

He threatened a female employee at the store in the early morning with a box cutter or Stanley knife and made off on a motorbike with 9,170 baht from the till.

He was arrested yesterday as he parked at a downtown chicken rice restaurant.

At his lodgings at the hotel where he was taken after his arrest police found the clothing, helmet and Levi cap that he as wearing on the day of the crime long with his Honda Scoopy-i bike.

He was later taken on a reenactment of the crime at the store and other locations yesterday.
