Maybe you meant it also covers members who had tours on Thailand bases during the Vietnam War period.   Appears a person needed to have a job that placed them on the perimeters of the Thai bases....I guess Agent Orange was used to kill off vegetation at the base perimeter.  I served at three of the Thai bases during the designated period but my job was not at the perimeter of the bases....more along the inner flightlines/aircraft maintenance facilities located a fair distance from the base perimeter.
