Chopper
I went to the concert last Monday and thought it was excellent, despite some of the reviews saying that the acoustics at times in the arena were not up to scratch. Nevertheless I thought he was a class act. What did you guys think?
Jai Dee
I was surprised (and disappointed) he didn't play "Tears in Heaven". The concert was great... crowd control and parking control was hopeless.
taxexile
i also thought it was excellent , although during some numbers the band just seemed to be going through the motions as if on autopilot , but when they had solo spots they were truly great and the acoustic set was terrific. doyle bramall II seemed a bit restained at times , but maybe that is his role in this band , the boy trucks was a revelation though. clapton , as always , impresses and seems to enjoy playing as much as ever. ..... and yes , the parking arrangements and organisation were unbelievably pitiful. it took us nearly an hour to get out of the car park , only one small exit was open and the marshalls were just sitting around. now when are they going to get dylan or neil young to play here. Tony Clifton
now when are they going to get dylan or neil young to play here. Neil Young suffered a mild stroke some time ago I don't know if he still plans on touring.
