Drainage official dies while supervising water pumping in Lat Phrao

 

 

BANGKOK: -- A city official succumbed to his death from sudden heart attack as he was supervising water pumping operations in Lat Phrao area on Thursday.

 

The 57-year old official, Narong Bamrungsin, who was in charge of drainage in Soi Narkvivas 40, which was flooded today like many others soi in Lat Phrao area.

 

Witnesses said that Narong who was supervising water pumping operations to drain flood water into the klong suddenly collapsed on the concrete ground. Residents then rushed to his rescue and called an ambulance.
