Regardless, it's a very convenient, practical system.  Don't get why anyone could have issues with it.

I have no problem with the card system. At CF food court as well as every other one I've been to the excess is refunded to you after you're done eating. 

 

The system keeps cash out of the hands of food servers, which management likes, and is also more hygienic. 

Is the Food Hall a catering business with all the staff on each stall working for FH

OR

are they independent traders renting a stall with the cash going through the FH till for later distribution?

 

They do seem to operate independently.

better food and cheaper prices and only frequented by locals and Expats, virtually no uncivilized tourists from several infamous countries to be found there.

 

Been at Central Festival food court several times and it sucks. The prices suck, the quality as well as the quantity of food sucks, and a lot of the patrons s*** as well

Central Festival foodpark is very clean, and the PHO is

delicious. Only B 60.... Big C is good too, but

way to noisy with all the kids screaming in the

play area.  Also clean and free filtered water too.
