Ever since I've come to Thailand I randomly get this itchy skin on my right forearm. Doesn't look like ecsma ie skin not scabby and dry even after clawing it for hours. Worse in the hot / wet season.

Could be an allergy to food maybe as I don't get it every day. MSG, Mangoes?

Took 3 anthistamines last night, put cortizone still awful. I only use baby soap now. Anyone have a similar thing or advice?

Since I came to Thailand I often get itchy rashes but usually the result of contact dermatitis. It seems many plastic and vinyl products here are treated with anti mold mildew chemicals and that sets it off for me especially if perspiration present to open pores.

Since it is on right arm only I would suspect a contact dermatitis - try to figure out what that part of your arm is coming into contact with.

Food allergy, allergy to soap etc less likely as one would not expect the rash to then be on one arm only. likely to be limited to one arm.

Had it for about 3 years. Usually when weather humid and sweaty, Bout this time of the year. I've tried to figure out what it might be...lived in 3 different houses so not brushing up against a bush or something..long sleeve shirt (washing powder). Really can't figure it out

Don't know if this has any relevance to your itchy arm, but maybe useful idea for some others with itchy lumpy skin conditions from the bed.

Liberally sprinkle prickly heat powder on the mattress between the mattress and mattress cover and or bed sheet.

Well then I have no idea. Suggest you see a good dermatologist. Where do you live? (Obviously, go while the lesions are there)

Do you drive a car and if so have you considered it may because your right arm is exposed to the sun or perhaps the air con of your car is blowing along the window onto your arm?

Good point. also, maybe the arm rest has a 'bug' that's infecting his arm.
