genuine cialis, viagra and and some sort of organic version

How do you know they are 'genuine'.  If it is the same woman who does the rounds of Lhoi Kroi/Night Bazaar area during the day you can bet they are fake.

Anyone who wants to buy 'Genuine' drugs on the internet or from a street walker wants their head examined by a qualified psychiatrist!

I got a box of 50 sachets of kamagra (The gel) from BKK a few years back.  Cost just 1000 baht or 20 baht per sachet.  It was probably fake stuff but it still worked well!  1500  for a strip of 4 pills is way over the top IMHO.

Nope.  She is selling C at U.S. prices. You or she can get (real) cialis for a fraction of that price in Myanmar.

Apcialis, made in India is just as good and was available back when bars could stay open late.

I might buy copies of brand name medicines that are made in India or Thailand.  I wouldn't trust any medicine in Myanmar, which I assume is a fake made in China (another country I don't want to buy medicine from).

Wellwe don't really know anything except they are just as likely to be genuine as fake, but she seems to have had a thriving business for at least 2 years, with plenty of customers. I'm guessing if they are fake she wouldn't be so busy. Regarding your final comment - tell me, how would you know a qualified psychiatrist from one who is unqualified?

Oh and by the way, why do you have to be so disagreeable?

Cialis, Viagra etc are going to be higher in price than the generics made in Thailand. That's intellectual property pricing. Instead of Viagra ask for the generic Sidegra which is made in Thailand. For Cialis the Indian name is Apcalis but I think Indian generics are restricted as of late.

Go to any long standing pharmacy with a good reputation and ask for Cialis or the generic and you'll likely get a Thai made, good quality drug.

There is a middle ground between CM Ram and Internet / street peddlers.

We've had this discussion previously, and again, consumers are warned that they should only purchase popular drugs in their brand or generic form from certified retailers. ....

If someone here thinks that  the drug will be reliable if purchased without a script, then that person is an idiot and a sucker.

What is a "certified retailer" in Thailand?  Who certifies them and what identifies them as certified to the customer?  Why do you think that a piece of paper called a certification provides security that the drugs are genuine? Can't that just be made with a computer or do you have some way to verify that it is authentic?

Where do you get a script in Thailand?  Is a script a prescription written by a doctor that you take to a pharmacy to buy the drugs?  If so how does that insure that the pharmacy is selling the good stuff?

Chinese herbal called "Gracku." Sold in most of the larger pharmacies such as PharmaChoice, and many of the smaller ones too.  About 350 baht for 6 capsules. Taken on an empty stomach, they are effective for 24-36 hours. VERY effective. Almost comically so.  Little Willie thinks he's 16 again, and jumps up at the sight of anything with curves.   The enclosed directions say to take 1-2 capsules daily. Frankly, I'd be afraid to take more than one every two days!  Very potent stuff (no pun intended.)

I would caution anyone who has prostate problems to only take the medicine that is recommended by your urologist. Personally I've never taken an ED drug as I don't have the need for them. But I take one medicine for BPH and the instructions state not to take them with Viagra, but that Cialis is fine. I also can't mix them with many antihistamine/decongestants. The same with a Chinese herbal medicine. Don't take them if you have prostate issues unless you check with the doctor first.

Kamagel is stronger; can buy anywhere.  Not FDA approved in the US.

Can buy any where in Thailand you mean?

Yes.  I had no problem in Chiang Mai; totally legal.

This one?                        Image result for kamagel

No.  Perhaps I misspelled it.  It comes in a 3" by 3" foil pouches.  You tear of the top and suck the package keeping the half-ounce gel under your tongue for half a minute absorbing it sublingully.  Works in minutes.

Yes, totally different .

FYI, Kamagra, though fairly easily available is in fact NOT legal.

I remember the days when I used to scam the online pharmas out of cialis and Sildenafil because my trips to Thaialnd were likely to be expensive buying fromthe pharmacy  haha

Another time another life; then some one suggested a "large nine" could do the trick.

well i was up for that.

ok it sounds corny without proper punctuation so L'Argenine comes in tablets,

Basically a health food supplement you find in supermarkets, Holland and Barretts and the like. 100 tabs for about a fiver.

i was sceptical and yes it doesnt work like viagra sending up a rocket within the hour but when its in the system after a day or two it sounds like the Chinese stuff described above.....you have a boner all day.

nothing sinister about it and not many people realise its potency but there is a downside; and that is it will aggravate herpes if you already have it.

Now theres one...herpes; who hasn't managed to get that here?....thats no fun!

Getting these generic drugs, whatever kind, from India is a snap.  Even with various ways to pay.  But i think the shipping, via postal service, to Thailand is the big problem.  The package probably says 'personal meds', or the like.  I do not know what the Thai policy is for shipping drugs into Thailand but if it were totally legal, the OP questions would be very easy to answer.

Check out <alldaychemist> on google.

The best prices on Sdagra are at the pharmacy very close to the Tesco by Chiang Mai Gate Market...4 x 50 mg for 100, 4 x 100 mg for 200.  Pain management off Tha Phae Rd. has Pfizer, about 400 per pill.  Free to see the doctor, who is a nice guy.

I and several other "idiots and suckers" have, for many years, been very happy paying a small fraction of western prices for for cialis that comes across the border. The cost of faking the elaborate packaging, inserts, and product would probably exceed the low price. And it works fine.

The reason the ER docs ask is because coke, viagra, etc can interact very badly with the stuff they are about to administer.

But a non-idiot like geriatrickid should pay 400 baht per pill to be safe.

Low cost Generic versions of erectile dysfunction drugs are readily available from legitimate pharmacies. There is no need to purchase the counterfeit or bogus versions.

The reason why counterfeit drugs cost so little is that they typically have little or no active ingredient. Some "substitutes" have a low dose of the active ingredient such that it can mimic the desired result for a shorter duration. If one wished to obtain the same dose as a  certified drug, one would have to consume 2, 3 or 4 of the  substitutes. The  end result is that one pays more for the substitute when active ingredient available is compared.

I do not  need an erectile dysfunction drug because I do not  use tobacco, do not drink in excess, do not have an underlying medical condition, and I do exercise regularly.   You are wrong about the questioning of viagra in the ER.  Viagra has a significant impact upon heart function and artery wall strength in patients who present with an underlying heart disease, whether known or unknown. More specifically,  the  API  is a vasodilator  and is classified as a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor. This is why  its use in the wrong  type of patient can result in a blood clot leading to a stroke or a heart attack.  It is a serious complication such that it forced the addition of the  question of use onto the standard ER protocol for males presenting with stroke/heart attack.  If the  patient   also uses  nitrates for the relief of angina, the combination with an ED can result in death due to the loss of blood pressure.  Even patients on blood pressure medication must be careful with their dosing.

You  have confidence in the unregulated and unsupervised manufacture of a product from an unknown producer.

Brilliant.

You have no clue as to what is in the product you are consuming, but trust some unknown manufacturer.

Lovely.

And yet you  would easily complain about the  standards of SE Asian manufacturers, builders, and assorted professionals. You are endorsing the ingestion of unknown products of unknown quality. Yes, you can take such things for years without an immediate impact. Carcinogens do not necessarily act immediately. Heavy metals and toxins take time to build up to a level where damage is irreversible and significant.

Don't cry the blues when you have  a malignant tumor or  liver damage or kidney dysfunction or heart disease from the magical products you purchase. And yes it does occur. A large number of complaints made about drugs are in fact complaints related to adverse reactions to counterfeit or  drugs not manufactured according to spec.  The most profitable counterfeit drugs are  those in the ED class. One of the highest rates of adverse reactions is associated with  drugs sold for erectile dysfunction.

It is indeed stupid to purchase fake dangerous products when   affordable generic versions are available.

You can be as angry with me as you want because I won't tell you what you want to hear.

Too bad. That's the reality.

I am pretty sure everyone has taken many different forms of generic drugs and medecines.

just because something is made in India or China doesnt mean its not licenced and approved within that country.

Could you produce a generic drug? where would you start?

You start by employing very clever Chemists, qualified to the eyeballs not some pleb who fell out of school and has an idea to make something from washing powder.

I have used generic stuff for years and I can tell you its as good as whatever the real expensive thing is.

big difference in generic and counterfeit.  Generics are intellectual property, also.  There are some very reputable generic pharmaceutical companies.  The Cambodians will refill water bottles and sell as new.  There have been huge counterfeit liquor seizures in Thailand, they even found counterfeit cigs at the duty free stores in America.  If the import taxes weren't ridiculously high; there would be less profit in it.  I wouldn't buy booze from any of the bottle shops only big box stores.  Notice the Tequilas the sell here are never even seen in Mexico or the SW USA.  I recall a whole distillery operation ion the UK that made and bottled counterfeit vodka....no wonder they mix it with coke.

Having a "boner" all day would be extremely dangerous. Normally it requires a visit to the ED to have the blood syringed out.
