Acer laptop inserts  a lower case "n' in words as I type. Not if I was typing a letter near the "n"and inadvertently hit both keys but  randomly.

I googled the problem but did not found a relevant response .  Does anyone else have that problem? is there a solution?

I did slow down the cursor speed.

can you give 'n example of when/where is occurs?

Do light keypresses to the same as medium or heavy keypresses?

Do only certain keys give a paired additional 'n'?

Do you think it's keyboard hardware related?

Usually when keyboards go bad they stop sending certain keypresses, or the entire keyboard fails.

When additional data gets generated it's usually a application software, system shortcut or multi-media key software issue.

I dont know

I never learned how to type , I use the search and destroy method of one finger typing I have being doing it for so long I have gotten pretty good at it. But I have to look at the keyboard to do it , occasionally glancing at the screen to see  what I am typing, I see the red underlined misspelled word, and more often than not it's because there is an "n" in it . Initially I thought that I was hitting two keys at the time until I noticed that the   letters next to the "n" were not always keys adjacent.

It does not always happen, only ever so often. Next time it happens I will  see what the letter before it and after it is  and try to do different things with it to see if I can duplicate the effect.

I had this problem with a wireless keyboard, but it kept inserting an "h". I eventually had to bin it.

Maybe you just need a new keyboard for your Acer laptop.
