Want to add some extra fibre to my diet and a tablespoon of oat bran a day would be a good start. I haven't seen it on the shelves at Macro or Lotus.

In BKK: Foodland/Villa Market/and I think I have seen it at Fresh Market and Tops too.

Sometimes near the cereals aisle and sometimes near the dry beans sections.

And if you cannot find the bran, oatmeal is available anywhere

I was taking a guess that maybe some of these stores may be represented in Pattaya also.

@giddyup. 'This is the Pattaya forum, so only interested of a place to buy in Pattaya.'

Your post doesn't show up as from the Pattaya forum, it just shows up.
I'm not sure I have seen oat brand at these places, but definitively wheat brand.

If I click on the Pattaya Forum my post is clearly listed there, so not sure what you mean when you say it doesn't show up.

Foodland stock both Oat and Wheat bran, it is to the left of the breakfast cereals on a low shelf

Sorry, to clarify, when I view your post it just looks like a generic post; I can't tell that it's from the Pattaya forum. You may have posted it in the Pattaya Forum, but it appears as non-forum specific. That's why I think the other responder didn't know your question was Pattaya specific.[emoji3]

Can. If you're tough or just lazy then you needn't.

Adding it to my cereal is the way I normally take it.

Well, it's in my Pattaya forum, so unless I'm in another dimension, it's there.
