House required to rent long term

Featured Replies

A friend is looking for a house to rent, long term, in or around Udon Thani.  Of course closest to the city is preferred but he has tight budget so in or around , in outlying villages is still OK.  Would need to be 2 bedrooms or more, good order and furnished or partly furnished.  Ability to access the internet is a must.

So if any of you folks out there know of anywhere suitable would be grateful to hear from you with location, pictures and monthly rent.

Simply loads of decent 2-bed and up from about 6k baht/month and up.

I lieu of any potential landlords responding, specific details can easily be had by hitting the local Udon Thani forums, BahtSold and the like plus hitting on the websites of the 3 or 4 local realtors who have a clue about SEO that come up on a google search.

If using the latter, try and avoid 'aggregator' websites such as DDProperty as they aren't a truly local real estate broker and some of their listings are either old or expired depending on how ardent the original property listing agent is.

Where is there mention of moving to Thailand ?  Perhaps the person is already here so why introduce a negative response to a positive request ?
