Anyone know of a car hire place in Yang tallat? not sure if that is spelled correctly....Also a hotel with pool in the Kalasin area. Thanks.

The Rim Pao Hotel in Kalasin has a semi deceni pool and they maintain it better than many Thai pools....   Also once years ago I was able to hire a van and driver from there that was fairly cheap.....

Thanks pianoman, all sorted now on this one and the Rimpao looks good. Close this one mods if you like, no need for any more advice.
