Good-Low priced restaurants on Soi Khao Talo

Featured Replies

Hello,  I just moved to Soi Khao Talo. Can anyone recommend some good, low priced Thai or Farang restaurants in the near area ?  Thank you

Almost any restaurant in Khao Talo from the railway line to the school in front of the temple is low priced. Thai dishes is 30-50 bath and foreign food is between 100 - 200 bath. You can try Livv  on the left side after passing Eakmonkol 4 (where they just finish a new condominium).   Picture attached.

Thanks !!  I will try that one...

I tryed livv, i was unimpressed.
But everyone's taste is different.

Go to the Khoa Talo/Kho Noi intersection, turn on Kho Noi, go down a bit. When you see the hardware store on the left, turn in the restaurant right next to it. Seating is up the stairs. Everything I have tried there has been good. Farang and Thai. Mid priced, but worth it.

Sib is fair if you want Farang food. Don't bother with their " Thai" side.

Katty corner from Soi 5 Khoa Talo ( toward the tracks ), left side if headed to town, you will see a cooler case thingy 1/2 out in the street. Good cheap Thai.

Hope my directions make some sort of sense as I have no <deleted> idea what the names are! 55
