Hey OP, this is not a free translation service that exists to serve you.  At the least, you might be polite and decent enough to thank people for providing translations for you in the past before you post a new "urgent request for help."

This is supposed to be a discussion forum and posts give us the opportunity to discuss, I hope that nobody takes anything I say as 'gospel. I post in the hope that I may learn something new.
The subject could be singular or plural, I support singular.
I think that the speaker is trying to reassure the listener that next year will not be the same as this year has been because he/she can change.
ก็ได้นะ I think says that it is as much under the control of the listener as it is of the speaker.
