I am considering to replace one of my TV 55" samsung.

Not sure exactly which model it is but:

55"

Samsung

UHD

4k

About 4 years old.

 

I am looking at similar specs (latest specs) but not necessary Samsung. Looking at 55".

Any recommendations about the brand? Samsung, LG, Sony...

 

Budget is not an issue but of course would consider price vs quality / standard

LG Amoled is the best TV you can get at the moment. Some Sony models also use the LG panel.

TV's these days are produced to have a limited lifespan.

 

Get yourself a TCL with 3 years warranty, so if it fails in the third year you still get a new one.
