August 16, 20178 yr Been a recent request like this on Phuket Forum. Some answered that a 'good lawyer' is an oxymoron. I've dealt with 3 in my 20 years here - either lazy or corrupt. BEWARE You don't need a lawyer to form a company, anyone can do it. We did it ourselves with the help of the company registration office director and 'paid' for his staff to type up the forms. Plenty of agents can do it for you much cheaper than lawyer fees.

The far bottom right is the Phuket Transport Department DVLC Across the canal is Phuket Immigration. I think you have a Thai g/f. Get her to do the talking. You can only have 49% of the shares, need to be 3 minimum shareholders so the other 2 must be Thai. We have 49% for my wife and 2% for her brother who is also an employee of the company.
