Extending multi-entry' Non O' visa

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

I am due to enter Thailand on October the 11th. The 'enter before' date on my visa is the 12th. of October. This would be my final entry of my multiple entry

'Non O' visa. I assume I can get another 90 days.

If I need to then get an extension of stay by say 10/15 days can I do this at my local Immigration office without showing any proof of funds ?

I am legally married to a Thai national and also have a son with her.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Cheers.

Yes, before your 90 days is up you can get a 60 day extension at local immigration. I have done it before.

You can get a 60-day extension of your 90-days at immigration for 1900 Baht.  You wife will need to come with you.  She will need a copy of her housebook and her ID card.  You need your passport, a photo, marriage-certificate plus copy, and the extension-form filled out.  Depending on the immigration-office, you may also need proof of where you live and landlord-documents (if you rent).  If you tell us which office you will be using, someone who uses that office may be able to give more specific details.
