Need Swimming Pool Built

Featured Replies

Anybody know a good builder of swimming pools without getting ripped off 1f642.png:-)

If you are looking for trouble free and highest quality I suggest you budget for it accordingly. Cheaply built pools turn out disastrous after only a few years.

The lowest maintenance system is with a liner what Desjoyaux offers. Their Samui branche is very well regarded.

I'm still in the process of talking to various contractors, both Thai  run and western, to finalise a design and to decide who will build it. I will post again once I have made that decision and explain why, also when its all finished.  To date, all I have had off this and other forums is conflicting information on  various companies and individuals and new names and companies keep popping up  apparently out of nowhere.  What I am getting heartily sick of are  various farangs getting in touch saying they can help and then stopping communicating for no apparent reason.  They waste my time and worst of all they muddy the waters even more.

Before you commit to any company ask for at least a few references where you can personally go see the pools they built and talk to their customers. And not just pools built in the past 2 or 3 years but preferably 5 years or if possible even 10 years or longer ago. Do that and no more than 2, max 3 reputable local companies will  be left to choose from.
