Green Light for Chiang Mai Light Railway Transit System

CityNews – Deputy Governor of Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA) has agreed to the draft decree on the light railway transit system project in Chiang Mai, Phuket and Phang Nga.

 

Chiang Mai and Phuket will be the first two provinces to execute the plan as MRTA is now proposing the decree to the cabinet. Chiang Mai is expected to see a resolution on January 2019, estimating to begin the construction in 2020 and finish by 2023.

Along with the chair lift to Mae Hong Son and the railway to Mae Sai 

Oh yes, I forgot all about the tunnel under the mountains to Pai 

No money left after spending it all on war weapons,sorry Chiang Mai.
