No signal from ISP ( CENTRAL PATTAYA )

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

Today we  have no internet from the ISP, this start when the heavy rain start ( Tropical storm Pakhar ) in the night ... but now like 6 hours have pass and nothing .

Everyone have the same problem in PATTAYA ?

i try to connect in the router page, but i have this message :

No response from your Internet Service Provider(ISP), please consult your ISP

Thanks

What did your ISP helpline say when you contacted them (as they advised in your text in red)? You need to do that first.

They will tell you if it's a major problem and you simply have to wait until they fix it. Or they might instruct you over phone to check your internet settings and make some changes and retry. If still no good, they'll send their engineer guys to your place to do it.

Which ISP?

AIS Fiber did have a scheduled outage for maintenance in Bangkok today from ~ 07:00 - 13:00; not sure how widespread that might have been, and/or if it affected their entire broadband network?

I'm on AIS Fibre....the outage didn't affect me in western Bangkok...must have been limited to a certain/limited area of Bangkok.
