I don't think you can do better than scanning all your passports with visa, extensions, entry and exit stamps. I just did this for a visa application for another country. Scanned in colour and saved as a PDF file. Each passport used about 4mb of space on the DPI and compression settings used. Pretty concrete evidence to suit your needs in my opinion. If they won't accept that, then ask them specifically what they need.

French and German tourists turn their back on Brexit Britain
soi3eddie replied to Scott's topic in World News
Hey, I'm a Brit and there's much about miserable Brits I don't like back in the UK. Just one reason I'm happier in Thailand. I must be lucky, because, here in Thailand, I have a proper decent circle of British friends (long term expats) and many from App Groups too. We have a lot of fun and good times. A few things almost all of us have in common? We are fed up with the P.C B.S, wokeness, fat slags and typical weather in the UK! Of course, there are far too many dickhead Brits that come to Thailand and get us a bad name, but do we care? Nah! As for Germans and French coming to the UK? We'd rather have the happier high spending Americans, Canadians and even the Aussies as customers! -
Silom Road Not Being Closed For Songkran Festival This Year
soi3eddie replied to webfact's topic in Bangkok News
Went there one year. Saw the carnage on the streets below from the BTS station and decided not to partake. Jammed solid as in the OP photo. No fun at all. -
Indeed, the Foreign Office should put out a warning stating this. Would love to see the TAT and diplomatic reaction to that! The insurer's will use any excuse to deny paying a claim. What if breaking a leg but not wearing a helmet and no head injury? Suppose they'd still refuse to pay for treating the leg.

No they are not automated messages. That's what many Thai women do when they want something. What is your reply and her response to same? ????

Tragic start to the holidays. RIP. Always worries me when riding in one of these minibusses. Generally the motorways are safer than than other highways (no U-turns, oncoming traffic, motorcycles or dogs on the road) but speeds considerably higher at 120kph max. Wonder if the 18 wheeler was moving or parked on the shoulder. Terrible impact.

46c real feel here near Victory Monument yesterday. Scorching. I've been closing the balcony doors and using the air con a lot earlier over the last few weeks. Electric bill up a bit last month (still only 960 Baht though). -
British tourist smashes up Bangkok 7-Eleven (video)
soi3eddie replied to webfact's topic in Bangkok News
@BritManToo I beg to differ on your opinion that this was a trivial offence. The Thai staff, likely very young, must have been <deleted> scared to leave their post on this idiot's behaviour. If things like this are allowed to go unpunished then other moron's will think that they can do same with no consequences. At minimum, this was criminal damage - ripping out the keyboard and also threatening behaviour. This is what has been allowed to happen in part's of the UK. My local Co-Op staff in a west London village now actually refer to their store as "name of village food bank" because so many thieves brazenly walk in, grab a basket, empty shelves (meat typically and some booze) before walking out not paying. Staff are told not to challenge so to avoid agression and situations like in this topic. I beleive that society in some parts of the UK is collapsing due to this. Let us all pray that it never happens here in Thailand! -
My girfriend has been using the Jomtien office for visa extensions for the last 3+ years (tourist visa extensions at first, then Covid extensions). The total s.h.i.t.e and runaround she got was appalling. A simple extension would take 3-4 visits (come back later, come back tomorrow, or simply "cannot" total BS). Now she uses an agent for a Non-O family visa, 90 days, re-entry permit etc. and there's zero stress - but at a high cost. It's like they are just making life so difficult it pushes people to use agents. BTW my GF is Cambodian and they are treated even worse than us farangs.

Is "begging" for money the new norm in this society?
soi3eddie replied to Confuscious's topic in General Topics
TikTok seems to show me a large number of videos of sexy Thai chicks wearing bikinis by a pool or on a beach. No idea why, but the only button I use is the "like" button. I'd be happy to give them a "donation" but it wouldn't be cash. -

Without wanting to go off topic, one potential upside of the forthcoming central bank digital currencies (CBDCs) is that they can be programmable to stop welfare benefits money being spent on flights. Downside for many of us could be that they could also track spending on the number of flights taken, and block purchase due to potential "carbon credit" limits. -
I wanted to use a different router when I got 3BB fibre installed 3 years ago. Previously using top end Asus and Netgear routers so wanted to get all the features (VPN) in my case, by using one of those. Just couldn't find a way to replace the 3BB (Huawei) supplied fibre router. Was able to add a second router for VPN but not replace entirely the 3BB. Now, after 3 years, I have to say I'm actually very happy with the supplied 3BB router. The signal is strong, it has WiFi 6 ax so it is fast at 900/500mbps real speeds and it has proved reliable too. As for security, I can't comment on that except to hope that 3BB/Huawei aren't intercepting too much traffic ????

Wow this guy certainly picked the wrong country to do this. Jail, IDC and deportation awaits. Blatantly off his head on something with no care of being filmed. Just wonder how much consular "assistance" he'll receive. Certainly doesn't deserve any. -

Tip of the iceberg. He and many others are truly effed now. Should be a lot of worried officials. Seems like there is momentum on corruption at last.

What the hell is wrong with these Russians?
soi3eddie replied to bob smith's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
In my building in Bangkok, that has been very effective (not that we really have had many issues). Results depend on the management and fellow owners/residents. If your place is full of airbnb rentals vs long term owner/occupiers then you might not get much satisfaction if most are just very short term rentals.
