What do you reckon is Mr. Trump's emotional age?
That's too funny. Amazing how they all have the same signs. Wonder how much Soros paid for those These are not protests, these are organized events bought & paid for. Wonder if they have to claim them on their tax forms, as 2026 Campaign expenditures

My therapist helps me deal with trolls ... The tax code is great, and I've used it a lot, to avoid paying 10s of Thousands of tax dollars. Probably avoided paying as many tax dollars as I've paid Work smarter, not harder 😎 What a coincidence, FedEx just dropped off my new card ...

What do you reckon is Mr. Trump's emotional age?
Trumps Hi So set ... what's it take to join ... ... have a loving wife & daughter ... having more money than you can spend (saving more every month than you spend, without trying) ... having wife 20+ years younger than you ... living in custom built home just the way you like ... driving the car that you want ... having more toys than you need ... being independent of govt services ... having your own therapist and personal trainer I don't have to like everything he does to be a member, do I ???

What do you reckon is Mr. Trump's emotional age?
Funny, nobody that I know that lives there thinks that. How many have you talked to ??? Or do you just go by AN's hate threads, which for me, I'm not seeing much in facts to support any of the MSM BS ...

Agree, so many anti Trump, and hate threads. Very tiresome.

I guess all the haters, Thai bashers didn't actually read any details of the accident. People that don't use the crosswalk, really should take more care, and stay the hell out of the way of on coming traffic ... R I P

Electric Vehicles in Thailand
Obviously 50-60k kms a year is way more than most folks drive. Even with our 70k a day school commute years ago, we only average about 20k a year, as sold all 3 ICEV back then around the 7 yr mark, and 125-140k kms on them. That's with plenty of O&A, during 3 month school breaks. Most recent ICEV only had 2 years, and just hit 40k kms with that when sold. Notice last 3 yrs with BEV, we're driving less the 2nd & 3rd year. TBH, if we had to pay for petrol, we'd drive even less, especially exploring locally.

Electric Vehicles in Thailand
I've never owned a vehicle for more than the standard MG / 8 yr battery warranty, and don't know anyone that has owned a vehicle more than 7 yrs, let alone more than 10-15-20 yrs. So yea, it gives people the confidence that they'll have no battery worries if buying those MG models. Of course there will be the exception, if I live 7 more years, may own our ZS for 10+ years, as I have no intentions of selling, ever, as at that point it would be better value added to the solar system Also by that time, hopefully much sooner, they'll offer an affordable truck 😁 My longest vehicle ownership has been here in TH, 7 years, 3 ICEV, and glad to get rid of them at that point.

When wife took the ZS in for 50k kms peek, she couldn't stop yakking about the IM6 for a few days, as really impressed with it. "UP2U honey, if you want to spend 1.6M out of your retirement fund, that will do nothing but depreciate every year, when you have the ZS, which you'll have a hard time killing and will probably outlast you. How many kms you going to drive after I die" Everything is <10 kms away, and I'm the driving force for O&A. Me dead, she might put 100 kms a week on a car. Her rebuttal ... "Need to buy & sell more land, then the IM6 is free" GOD I LOVE HER .... cute and intelligent 😎

White potatoes?
We suck at potatoes, and the other root veggies. Either silly small, or half eaten Luckily they're the cheapest veggies to buy Figs do well (seasonal), and same with Asparagus. Red / green peppers, growing, but really small. Plenty of lemons, too many.

Electric Vehicles in Thailand
Agree with adding instead of replacing. Higher V/speed, then not interested in providing that many more, as realistically, I don't think needed, as cars will only accept so much. Most Thai won't be spending big baht for the higher end BEV, as I think we buy them for the saving, not the show. Also ... ME ME ME ... as those will surely increase their overhead, and I'm not interested in paying more than the < 8 THB for using CS, as enjoy the savings over travelling via petrol use. I still can finish my munch, dog walk & P, before the car is done charging back up to 95%

Electric Vehicles in Thailand
The most we've put on our ZS BEV is 20k kms in the first year, and half of that was O&A during scamdemic. Even the local kms. half of those were exploring 50+ kms away from home, and possibly a 200-250 kms day. No CS needed Mandatory driving locally is pretty minimal, as everything needed is <10 kms away, with no work or school commute. 3 yrs now, and still only average just over 17k kms a year, just breaking 51k kms, and 10 days to go, for 3 yrs owning. Unless folks have a long 'school' commute, as we did, when living in Udon Thani (70 kms a day), then doubt if most will be racking up 20k kms a year. Which was our average when owning 4 previous ICEV. Mostly due to living out of town, and school commute. Then last ICEV owned was after daughter graduated school, and O&A more, again, during scamdemic.

CGM ... Constant Glucose Monitor
Here's what an unhealthy eating day looks like. One way too high, along with too many out of normal range, out side the red box ...

CGM ... Constant Glucose Monitor
Got 4 more days of using CGM, and done testing 7-11 bought product, that I usually eat when O&A. No real surprises, with exception of the Pringles, so will avoid them, and if wanting chips, will just munch on Lay's instead. Chips / crisps are really something I rarely eat anyway. The one Pandan Roll Cake didn't spike, surprisingly, but, fat & protein exceeded the carb count, apparently enough to negate quick sugar absorption. Cashews, and other nuts, a much better choice, though caloric heavy (saturated fats). Home cooked meals no surprise. French Fries eaten with meal, was better than expected. So eat small serving starchy carbs with higher fat & protein meals. Pretty much all common sense eating habits. I think most people with weight issues, are eating and or drinking alcohol, later in the evening, and that is carrying over into their sleep cycle, when the ketones are supposed to be doing their thing and burning fat. With all the extra carbs to burn, no need, and abundance of carbs is then stored as fat. In retirement, less active, and what isn't burned during the day, and ingested later in the evening will definitely help you put on weigh. Where that is directed in the body, also becomes an issue. Is it just excess, or fatty liver, which if having a fatty liver, usually means other organs (heart) also affected. Along with plaque build up in blood vessels. I'm apparently doing OK there, as no fatty liver mentioned in latest ultrasound of, along with no 'stenosis' found when having stent place, 3 years ago to the day. Blood work, cholesterol & glucose in in normal enough ranges. Those 2 or 3 blood test lipid panel, glucose, Ap (b) should be done yearly for reference. Everyone should know those number, and understand them against 'NEW' studies. Four more days to just verify my whole food diet is the right way to go. The 'junk food' has definitely caused some inflammation. Pointing out, maybe skip a few item in the future. The ready meals, did well, and my favorite, Tikka Masala was the lowest spike. Along with KraPao spaghetti, as like those 2. Pork burger better than Fish burger, but no surprise. Large rice portions, less meat, huge spike. Again, all common sense, rice & pasta, smaller portion, smaller spikes. Desserts, well, they're desserts, and Cheesecake the better choice, or 70% Chocolate bars. Cashews, other nuts for that roasted, salty fix. Potatoes, not as bad as rice & pasta, when eaten with fat & protein. Though I'll still avoid, use extreme moderation with starchy carbs. Chickpea paste, expensive or make your own is the way to go forward for pasta. Rice I rarely do. Potatoes, with a meal only, and not often. Moderation on whole wheat bread. Actually a whole food eating lifestyle is easy, and don't miss much, once past the sugar addiction, then you realize, just how much is in foods, as the taste is heightened since rarely eating. Happy, Healthy Munchie .... you really are what you eat.

Please help me understand the basics of buying a house
@Keith5588 IMHO ... that would be a really bad financial move, especially for the cost involved. Spend 4 million instead, on a condo in your name, if you really must want to buy/lease something. At 40 years old, I'm also wondering why you'd want to do that, What's it gong to be worth in 15 year ? .... ZERO, because nobody in their right mind, buys a house they don't own the land on, except a ding dong foreign (no offense intended), but no Thai would touch it. The house would depreciate, a lot, if you could find a buyer. Land appreciates here / TH, quite nicely, building do not. Basically paying 30 rent in advance, and let that sink in. Have you ever lived anywhere for 30 yrs at a time? Much better to simply rent a nice house, can't lose anything there, and free to up and move when ever you want, for any reason. 5M over 30 yrs, @ 0% interest is still 13,889 a month. Location location location, but that rents a decent place. You don't state where the house is, or, what type of relationship you are in, and or, leasing house/land from someone party to that relationship. Edit: see you have GF, and you're buying the house for her, just want a lease so you not evicted. Good luck with that one. If they don't want you living there, trust, you won't be living there. How long have you been together, and do you live in TH ? If short time relationship, less than 5 years, and you don't live in TH ... .... THAT'S A REALLY HARD PASS. Buy a condo in your name. I didn't even marry my present wife until we were living together for 8 years, as not sure if I was going to remain in TH. Worked out, and been together for 20+ years.
-
Are you bored up there?
Without sex ... that's funny. I wouldn't be married if that was the case, and been together for 20+ years, and yea, she's 22 years my junior. You could give me free accommodation in Patts, and I still wouldn't live there. Absolutely nothing there for me. Now I remember why you're on my list, and regret peeking at the topic. Won't make that mistake again. BYE BYE

Type of Snake
How many animals do you have to kill to clear forest & fields to plant food for vegans ??? How many more do you kill with pesticide & traps to keep them from eating those plants for vegans? Plants scream and crying out at a frequency humans can't hear when distressed & killed. To live, you have to kill ... FACT On topic as always .... them pythons like eating their munchies whole and alive sometimes. YUMMY
