As you know diet & exercise. Don't know if any will actually specifically control BP or cholesterol. But giving your body all that it needs will certainly help to run better. Any extra, most of, and you'll just P out anyway, so hard to overdo it. Careful on Niacin, as skin flushes are a bitch, so if taking, start low, and watch your sun/vit d intake.. I only take ... Magnesium *** ... do notice significant difference since Multi vit ... careful on the 100% fat soluble, if diet includes Vit C ... immune boost, and just about everyone agrees on that *** most recommend Vid D with that (mag), but not a problem or needed here in TH, as get plenty on my daily dog walking 2X a day. Mere 15 mins in the sun can easily top you up on Vit D K1 & K2 highly recommended, for keeping calcium where it's suppose to go, bones instead of arteries & veins. For that, we make our own Kefir milk, and Natto, and drink and or eat daily. Natto available at Makro also, which I pick up occasionally when wife is lazy. Natto is a bit time consuming without a pressure cooker. Kefir grains available online, and 10-20gr make plenty in a 24 hr period, and quite easy to do. Chilled in frig, and you have a very nutritious yoghurt. Someone already mention Omega 3 oil, though I think I get plenty of that in my diet. Sort of a Keto diet, eggs, meats/salmon, olive oil, beef tallow, butter, all having a bit, I believe.

Using drone while playing tourist is nice, just have to stay away from tourist & expats. Hard to go wrong with DJI Mavic line, though a bit pricey, but, will be first & last one you buy ... probably. I have 2 lower end priced drones, with minimum specs for decent vid. VLL SQ906 Beast Pro 2, w/3 axis gimbal, and Sony camera sensor. Probably discontinued. As a few more came out afterwards. Also have a MJX Bugs 16 (I think), will handle most any wind here, camera not as good, but decent, on 3 axis gimbal also. I think both were in the $500 USD range A good DJI will be $1000+ USD. All 3 will have GPS, telemetry, to monitor and see what the drone sees, along with autonomous programs. Most programs I didn't use, as more sales gimmicks, though nice if using. DJI will have obstacle avoidance, that may actually work. Wouldn't trust other brands version of. Those 3 brands seem to be pretty dependable. Always order extra batteries with any drone, as if & when discontinued, getting replacement will be a challenge. Knock offs are usually poor quality. Last drone I bought was a few years ago, why the Capt Drone suggestion for what's new. And he always has a best of, for the year recommendations. I was already familiar with MJX products, having 4 or 5 already. VLL was new to me, and recommended by a few YT'er at the time. I'm a Sony fan, so that sold me. What I use mostly when wanting some snaps. Takes good photos, or I'll just pull them off the vid. Very slight edit, and they look quite good. I'm more just photography from a different viewpoint. Not really concerned about making vids. Done playing, sport flying, modding them, or chop shopping. Running low on batteries anyway or most of the 'toys'. Snaps of the hood, from the VLL SQ906 from last month, and a not so good day ...

So not too boring, wings (from night market), added to my usual eggs. Along with asparagus, freshly picked this AM from garden. Wings all of 10 baht each, tasty & meaty vs KFC, at ~55 baht now for 3 wings zap. Love a bargain 😎

@mogandave Building them isn't really economical any more, as store bought, RTF (ready to fly) are cheaper and better than what you can DIY for. When I started it cost less to build. Now you can get a whole drone for what 1 battery would cost for a decent DIY build. Don't even think I could remember how to build one from scratch again. I'd have to check the DIY, open source sites, if even maintained, to teach myself again. Use to program the controllers, and even reconfigured a GPS module. Plug & play camera gimbals were a challenge. Software helped calibrate the motors & PIDs. You can go inexpensive for RTF units, or go DJI products for quite a bit more. Captain Drone on YT should feature the latest. From toys to DJI products. Do consider, Thailand is hot & windy, and not drone happy environment. This will show the difference of operating with all the bells & whistles, or on the cheap, 1 or 2 axis gimbal. I put a ungimbaled camera atop my Mi drone ...

@Yellowtail I had a few ... get bored and modify them, or chop shop if crashed. If still works, then nothing a little super glue & zip ties can't fix Landing on or taking off from water, no prob ... and of course, a few batteries to keep 'em flying

Without solar panels ... only leaves a couple options, and none really practical or economical. The battery is the most expensive part of any system. You'll need an inverter anyway, so wee bit more, it would pay to add the panels. Any back up battery you'll need for an hour or more is going to be pricey. Options would be a full solar system, small 3 or 5kW inverter w/5kWh back up, if conservative. Then they have the solar generators, but they aren't cheap, and already mentions, the ECOFLOW type. edit; not mentioned this thread by ... here Then the ol' gas generators, not a fan of myself. All depends how much you want to spend, how much you'll really need, or if you want to be bothered with being a bit of hands on & maintenance/gas generator. Agree with the advice, just go all in, 3kW or 5kW solar system, with thought of expanding in future.

Yea, the menu pricing turned me off. Didn't see the value, worth trying. When I'm thinking fast food chicken, it's Wing Zaps on my mind. If not street vendor / Hat Yai garlic chicken. Don't bother with 5 Stars much any more either, as getting pricey & smaller.

They were shooting for 70 restaurants, in the promo when opening. Wonder if the opened that many. Some were located at PTT Parks.

Rehydrate ... the obvious, place in water, though may dilute the flavor. I'd try steaming a piece or 2 before dipping in water. If enjoy jerky that much, then well worth getting a dehydrator and making your own. A very easy process. Plenty of recipes on YT to get you started. Thanks for the thread .... UK for example, has 147+k firearm certificates on issue as at 31 March 2023 AU has <900k firearm licenses issued Texas, USA, alone, has issued more than 1 million hunting permit, etc, My home state of PA issues more 500k hunting licenses a year. There are 50 states in the USA. Do the math.

Not sure you can blame the 'guns', same as you can't blame vehicles for the 'MVA deaths'. Blame the .... ... breakdown of the family ... drugs ... turf wars ... open borders, for the drugs mainly, and the drug cartel members running the streets You could even bring all those military personal overseas home, that are playing corporate security, to patrol the border and give ICE a hand. Along with all the foreign aid that could be spent on citizens of the USA, instead of giving to countries that hate the USA. Give the parents some assistance, and the kids some better options in life. Simple solutions to simple problem that the elected are suppose to provide for their constituents, instead of lining their pockets with kickbacks and inside trading. Just a thought, but hey, the ignorant sheeple keep reelected the same corrupt folks that have the best commercial. Som nam naa Products don't usually kill people, people kill people. Taking guns away from legal owners, won't stop much of the deaths. Enforcing current laws would help, just a wee bit. Close the last few loopholes in a few states. But most is up to people, raising their children properly and teaching them the value of life and how to be responsible citizens.
