Currently, the government has two high profile people who have escaped the not-so-long arm of the law,  Yingluck, the former PM and Vorayuth "Boss" Yoovidhya.   Which of the two do you think the government will be successful in returning to Thailand?

I think we will see more gyrating than a Saturday night disco, but little or no action.   There will be a lot of finger points, but they won't bring either of them back.

The presumption of course is that either of them is out of the country.   Given the way the government seems to work, they may still be in the country.   In the case of Boss, he has probably been in the country and left again.

Interpol would have trouble locating them if they were actually in Thailand.

One could already be a monk in a wat somewhere,

the other one could dye her hair and walk around in Bangkok

no one would notice with a little hair change

Forget Boss and Yingluk, I'd like to see them bring back some morality, no need for Interpol, just a little soul searching by the PTB to see what they are doing with this place!

I wonder at what point will Thailand start blaming Interpol for the mess?

I am sure Yingluck and Thaksin will be back sooner rather than later, though not at the point of a gun. Boss probably comes and goes as he pleases already.

Boss's family will continue to send Brown Envelopes to the RTP every Monday morning and they will continue for ten more years. This is RTP Policing Class 102. You never investigate if the envelopes are delivered on time. Good work

RTP.

As with most other people here, I don't think that anyone if them will be brought back as it's not in the interests of the government to have them here and charge them with an offense/give prison time. However, if I had to pick one, it would be Yingluck for the simple reason that, as with everywhere in the world now, any act of crime involving money is classed as far more important a crime than to take a life. Sad but true.

The thing is that if the little coward had faced the charges he would be free by now. The outstanding charge has him facing up to 10 years in jail OR a b20k fine. No guessing wht a slimy lawyer and a judge in his pocket would have resulted in. Not even chump change for this chump.

I predict that they will come back together, Boss will give her a lift on the hood of his car.

His MOA is dragging the victim UNDER the car.

Your kidding?

They talk about EXTRADITION tell they get blue, but do they ever Extradite?! NO  -  they served one to Cambodia for Thaksin, in what amounted to a PR gimmick for the populace of Thailand. They claim they give requests to Interpol, and Interpol says they have never recieved one. How can they "bring them back" or "return" them? unless they actually try to? That said Boss might run out of money, return and they could arrest him.  That is not the same as bringing Boss in.

even if the Thai government wanted them back,Iam sure that they are not stupid enough to go to a country where they can be extradited.
