Repairing Portable Spa

Anybody can help? Looking for a company that can repair the pvc Piping of a Freedom Spa imported from Australia. I bought this spa about 15 years ago and the pvc Piping leaks. Otherwise it still runs.  I am looking for a technician who can repair this or change the Piping. The agent in Bangkok is no more there. I tried with some Spa sellers but they r not willing to assist. I do not think it is rocket science to change the Piping.

If it's not rocket science,could you not give it a go yourself,plenty of places 

selling PVC pipe, just cut out the leaking part and replace,you will probably

do the job as good as a thai plumber .
