what a horrible way to live, if you have to shut curtains etc to keep out the sun-then being so reliant on air-cond , but having to worry about the cost.. surely it would be better long term, to find more healthy living accomadation.

for me, i bought a high level cnr condo unit--gets good breeze 80% of the time--seldom use aircond--much healthier way of living...some of these condos are not that expensive.surely healthy comfort are more important..

Nuclear Freeze / Snowball Earth.

27 Celsius all night , in a small room. That works for me. Only fan during daytime

Don't use A/C  at all, don't like them, been British never brought up with them,it seems

if you are American they are a must have,we just keep the windows open, have plenty

of trees and water around the house,if it gets hot just use fans, sleep with windows

open upstairs.

In the last 2 months have had to replace 3 units in our rental properties,so you can

say i hate the bloody things.

regards worgeordie
