Hello,

An update would be good. I could come but it's a 1h30 drive so as previous poster, would like to get an update.

I'm also on medication (Xarelto - anticoagulant) so don't know if it's an issue.

I am A+ and live in CM. I am just down by Central Airport working. I can go to the Red Cross immediately if still needed.

My condolences to his family.

Would you mind telling us what happened and what went wrong?

I have A+, but I'm in Bangkok, added to which, the Red Cross seemed to have an issue with blood from UK citizens (or others) resident in the UK  between 1985 and 1997 - dates not accurate. Apparently SARS, but more likely JCD; but concerns some twenty years later had me somewhat bemused at what problem there could now be.

I suppose someone in an emergency situation isn't going to be fussy, anyway.

Obviously I hadn't read to the bottom of the posts. My condolences to his family.
