Houston...sorry...Pattaya, we have a problem!

I left SE Texas (Port Arthur) after 52 inches of rain in 5 days, homeless caused by the aftermath of hurricane Harvey to now this. Several days of rain in Pattaya, packed it and return back to Texas still homeless.

Somewhere I have photo's of the parking garage at one of the strip hotels in Las Vegas.  You could white water kayak on the torrent of water coming out on to the street after a light rain. They also had to close the monorail as the trains couldn't make it up the hills.

Now if they still allowed smoking on the beach all those cigarette butts would have helped soak up the rain
