Hmmmhh... In Koh Tao only money can help, I am afraid. Amount depends on the kind of incrimination, drugs would be the worst.

A. The father of the stitched up son needs to shift wonga into his sons bank account.

B. The stitched up son needs to have access to an ATM, and pull out wonga to get unstitched.

 

No third party really needed.
