No, you're right, at 52 pussy was important to me too (I thought he was older).

At 62, I'd rather have another beer and a joint, than shag another skinny 20 year old uni student.

You need to cut down on the number of joints. You're imagining all sorts.

No, the words I use are the truth.

Though I do not recall using the word racist.

Please show how where I did.

As to your comments over “eu liberalism” and Britain becoming a Muslim state...sigh.

literally the same to use the words”bigotry” and “xenophobia” for people who are just concerned about terrorism and floods of illegal immigrants into their country. A country which gives foreigners more rights than any other country in the world EXCEPT the wives and husbands of nationals.

As to my comments to left wing liberals that try to make the rest of us feel guilty about  not giving away what we have “sigh"

I dont agree with much that Margaret Thatcher did - but she was spot in when she said “the problem with socialism is that it eventually runs out of other peoples money - I voted Brexit and I’m GLAD i did!! <sigh> maybe one day I can take my own Thai wife back to the UK and not have to go back lone because she couldn’t get a VISA on time while at the same time hearing Labour MP’s say "ISIS fighters are welcome to return!!

The words xenophobia and bigotry mean exactly what their dictionary definition says. They especially apply when you hear phrases like “floods of illegal immigrants” and such nonsense as “foreigners have more rights” than nationals.

Voting brexit makes no difference to whether a uk national can take their non eu spouse back to the uk, as the rules this couple have fallen foul of are uk laws not eu laws.

Ironically put in place to pacify the foaming at the mouth fury of little englander brexiteers.

Sigh indeed.

Sounds like you read and believe too much of the Daily Mail!

i can't say i  agree with everything scouse123 says or whether it is relevant today but his comments on Asians entering the UK/ arranged marriages etc was very relevant in the 70's. I know very well because i grew up in his so called no go areas.

Obviously it was not seen that way for me, thus i had many asian/black friends but that was how it was seen from other people and i am sure that each city had their own similar area

Arranged marriages,in Asian circles, contrary to belief, was still common around 15 years ago but not sure now

Is the above comment not bigotry?

Any person who disagrees with the liberals and do gooders or any person who believes ' charity begins at home ' with those who have paid taxes and NIC all their lives in the UK coming first and not feeling like second class citizens in their own country are not to be listened to because:-

Then we are all " foaming at the mouth fury of little englander brexiteers. "

The hypocrisy is astonishing.

You are probably one of those that feels there should be another vote as the British people didn't know what they were voting for or are too stupid to grasp the consequences!!!!

No, it’s not bigotry. It’s implicit criticism and makes clear my contempt for the xenophobic thinking of little englanders.

Do I despise their behaviour and the prejudice of their jaundiced view of anything ‘foriegn’?

That’s fairly clear I’d say.

However contempt and despising prejudiced thinking isn’t bigotry, it’s just a reaction to the hate behind such non thinking.

As for your rant on ‘second class citizens in their own country’... nonsense.

I don’t live in the uk and haven’t for twenty plus years, so I wasn’t crass enough to vote in a referendum that didn’t effect me.

However, if enough people in the uk want another vote, why shouldn’t they get one? After all, the prime little englander, farage, himself said before the initial referendum, that a second one might be necessary.

For his minions to now decry that view is what is hypocritical.

So you don't live there, you don't vote there, you haven't lived there for 20 plus years but you feel the right to call people that do pay taxes, NIC, council tax, etc " little englanders " and refer to my opinion, because it differs to yours as a " rant " which I find is quite sad and the kind of comments I have come to expect from the lefties, liberals and anyone who has an opinion different to theirs.

Yes, let's have another referendum, let's keep doing this until people get sick of them or until your group gets the result they want, which of course is not democratic, but let's not get bogged down with silly things like freedom, fairness or listening to the majority, eh?

What nonsense and drivel.

But you in turn are only talking about food, and that is for one person only without considering rent, electricity, water, transport just get to the market and back or another person or a child, ALL of which comes from that 300 baht a day, IF the Thais actually get that much.

That's not quite right- Thai society works different. Families stay together, and all Family members (adults) are working. Therefore the unemployment rate is low. E.G try to find a cleaner in CM or BKK.....pin in a haystack.

So if you double the income and live in a Family's house it's quite ok.

No I called your rant a rant because of the “second class citizen” hyperbole.

I call little englanders little, little englanders, because that’s what they are.

I never called for a second referendum and I don’t belong to any group.

farage on the other hand did talk about this before the first referendum...of course his minions won’t countenance such a thing now.

Freedom, fairness and listening to the majority mean different things to them depending on whether or not they get the result they want.

I have no stake, but I fail to see why the brexiteers are now so dead set against that which their chief little englander was initially for.

Drivel and nonsense indeed.

Little Englanders

A country that ruled the world, won two world wars and invented most of todays gadgets you use to make your small minded day work.

A country that has free and fair elections where the general public are given the chance to vote and not just promised a vote in the future and lied to every day.

Bluespunk you know nothing about the country except what you read in leftwing uneducated papers.

Out of the EU means one thing they get to do as they want and do not have to put up with paying for the rest of the EU to survive only Germany pays more in but gets more out. France with more people living there pays half of what the UK pays.

Either you are not from the UK as I suspect or the wife got turned down for a visa.

As you well know, "Little Englander" is a well known pejorative term for an overly nationalistic, xenophobic Englishman/woman and in the context of this thread is being used accurately.

Little englander is a term referring to those who have a closed mindset that rejects anything foriegn.

Please try to ensure you understand terms before commenting on them.

Learned that in school, in the uk as it happens..,

As for your other “thoughts” on me and my life experiences/marriage status/work...laughable.

I think the way I do, because I do think and don’t just listen to the limited thinking and worthlessness of a closed mind set.

So yes you did not understand so very laughable.

No personal abuse at all.

My advice get yourself home for a few months and see it how it is and not what you read in stupid newspapers who push the limits of a news story so they can sell those papers to idiots.
