if you mean Agar Agar gelatin it is available at any supermarket like Tops or, Fresh Market. And it's not from fish but from sea algae. 

I'm sitting stateside reading your post. A quick Google search says Big C; guess you might have already tried there or Tesco lotus maybe? If all else fails I bet Amazon.com has it.
