Moti24
"Anyone who ignites fireworks, sparklers or other prohibited items face up to three years in prison and a 60,000 baht fine." A bit short notice! Will they let everybody know by smoke signals, or is it just another plan to fill the party collection box! Why not cancel Songkran while they're at it; might save a few thousand lives.
