Just wondering,a lot of Thai ladies, and i am talking teenagers[expected] up to ladies in the mid to late thirties ,my girl is having an outbreak at the moment, and many of my mates wives /girls seem to have periodic outbreaks, sometimes quite bad. Would it be the humid climate, food,or a genetic propensity for such, wondering if other members have any theories.

Luck of the hormone draw.....

Wife & one daughter smooth as silk....Oldest/teen daughter always fighting them regardless of products tried/used....She's very conscious about it & clean......She eats/keeps the best diet & portions of the 4 of us!....?

Same environment for all of us....

Cheap make-up plus invisible facial sweating during the day. (A good environement for Bacteria). Removing make-up with some "creams" at the end of the day (Ouups).

Suggested remedy: After removing make-up with "creams", re-clean face with cotton-puff, containing alcohol (men's after-shave will do nicely). Plus some ultraviolet light (morning sun), before putting on make-up. Last point hard to enforce, as Thai-Ladies are opposed to enhance their "natural-tan".

If not better after 4 weeks, consult dermatologist as a first step.
Cheers.

More than other countries?

My first post (not a virgin anymore.)

I think its no different to any other country. Some people have acne, some don't. Maybe its more noticeable on darker skin than the whiter western faces, or the acned face is more likely to be attached to a nice body you are looking at, and the make a mental note of the acne.

Side note:

After all the different products she's tried I suggested an application of ACV every night as an astringent 15 minutes before her shower....

Guessing it probably would have worked but she couldn't get past the "aroma".....

So they keep rooting through the cosmetic sections for the next miracle answer.....Meanwhile, the bottle sits patiently waiting on her vanity.....

A little facial acne can sometimes add to a girl's allure, making you wonder about her sensitivity and if she's a tigress in the sack.

Pimples on the ass, though?  A serious turn-off.

what is different to western countries is there is no effective monitoring/policing of the quality of make up/skin products on sale here, it seems anyone can sell any old stuff the the public - a price motivated public at that

Thats true, but i am unsure whether they cause acne. I thought acne was for the most part genetic.
