Bought a second hand bike over a year ago. Came with the green book, which I never transferred over to my name.

 

So, what's the deal if I want to sell? 

 

Do I need to transfer to my name first, or would the new owner just do it?

 

 

 

to put in new name, will need docs from person named on green book, id card etc, also need to sign forms, if non Thai then more is required, proof of address etc
