Gprs On Prepaid Cards ?

Featured Replies

Hi,

My wife will be upgrading our phone soon, so one of these Samsung affairs. I use the internet alot over GPRS on my 7650 - but as that will soon be redundant, i'm thinking of just getting a cheap pre-paid simm card and using that. But do these cards offer GPRS services ?

One-2-Call offer GPRS without registration. Works great!

D-Prompt offer similar, but they are definitively B leauge in my opinion.

Can you give me an idea of the prices G, how much does GPRS drain the card ?

Not 100% sure about the price but I think 100 Baht/Mb (0.1 satang/Kb)...

Certainly drains your card very fast if you use it for surfing!!!

There is a thread elsewhere here that says AIS is about to offer GPRS on a time only basis at one baht minute
