ok maybe an exaggeration but you get the idea, cigarette smoke is well down the list of harmful substances that we breath in and by far the worst is diesel fumes with benzene coming in a close 2nd. 

 

This smoking beach ban is not about fumes it is about littering

Maybe they could try making biodegradable cigarettes.
