All The Beer Gardens Have Been Declared Illegal – Again

What about all the after hours booze carts that spring up after midnight & sell  hard liquor by the bottle until the daylight hours  on Sukhumvit. They have no licences  no toilets , no premises & the authorities do nothing. Something wrong with Mr Nipons  brain !!!

They have long gone as have the market stalls during the day - unfortunately.
