Around '69/'70 there was a pub I used to go to and the landlord was called Robbie Craze and he said he was a cousin of the Krays ( but changed his name ), who coincidently sometimes on coming south of the Thames used to drink at a pub about a mile away and B. Windsor was seen there once , how much truth in these stories I will never know.

who are the Krays?????oops guess that means they aren't famous

Ice T in Bangkok about 10 years ago, he was doing a gig at Q Bar

Bob Hawke in a Royal Orchid lounge once.

Shared a flight in first class with David Hasselhoff once, that was interesting, good chat with him and his entourage in the lounge beforehand, he was hilarious.  Got the cabin attendant to take a photo of me later in the flight with The Hoff behind me, snoring away with his mouth open.  Was funny at the time.

Nobody especially exciting.

I met the guy who runs Wikihow who was with his wife and children.

Nice enough guy, with an aloof SF attitude though.

Jason Mariner.

Well not in Thailand, but around a pool in a Siem Riep hotel.

Introduced himself as we both had er, rather large amounts of tattoos.

And both have a liking for CFC.

I said who?

He said Google me.

So I did.

And yeah he is famous.

Chelsea Headhunters football hooligan.

England football team agro, possibly England's most (in)famous football hooligan.

Did 7 years nick from a BBC Panorama undercover TV documentary.

Quite a nice bloke, but my Dad who was on holiday with us didn't think so.

Strictly for Aussies.....................Molly Meldrum..... in Patpong. Very friendly and replied gooday mate when I said hello.

Ye gods, is he still around? I remember him from when I lived in Oz in the 1970s. I wasn't a fan.

Yep. Still going strong. Much lower profile these days. Had a very serious accident (falling off a ladder) at home about 5 years ago and was in critical condition a week or so. Favourite saying was "Do yourself a favour and " .....get the new __________ album, etc....
