Is it better to do good in this world....or not?
Exactly. Vegetarians have this imaginary moral high ground that they preach from, but they have no standing to do so. Cattle and every other meat animal are by and large treated horribly, yes indeed and that sucks. So how do the "veggies" feel about meat from humanely treated animals who volunteer to be euthanized after long productive lives? Just kidding, but there are farms who do in fact purposefully treat the animals well, but that meat is expensive, and most regular working people can't afford it. The problem with people is, our bodies (and some minds) are still at cave man level of evolution, while society propels us light years ahead faster than we can reasonably adapt. So lets go all the way. How do they know that vegetables don't feel pain? I swear I hear screaming every time I mow the lawn. -

Hello 1996! The Silver Spoon Failson with zits Steve Forbes already proposed that. America's greatest prosperity was the 1950s where tax rates exceeded 90%, very UN flatly. Flat taxes penalize lower income people. Duh. Bad for working class. So many taxes are flat and they hurt the poor and middle class more. Congestion pricing. Gas pump taxes. Etc, etc, etc. Successful people should pay more taxes. They're getting more benefits out of the system. Of course they should pay more. Those that are able to do more should. It's only common sense. Don't reckon you greedy selfish people got much of that. Obviously. 😂 Flat income taxes burden lower earners proportionally more while reducing tax obligations for the wealthy, increasing inequality and limiting public services that benefit most people. It's as simple as that. ✅ -
