Hi.

 

Does anyone know anything about patenting an idea, design, etc.. in Thailand?

 

I have done a cursory search around Google and although there seems to be results in the search, so I know there is a patent system in place, but either the info is poor or in Thai language...

 

Also any info on costs and process would be great, I am only interested in a national patent covering Thailand at this time.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated... Thank You in advance. :)

is there a website where all the old Thai patents are scanned ?

I think it is more to protect foreign investors who would be loath to invest in a country where they have no protection for their intellectual rights etc....
