File photo: Actress Apinya Sakuljaroensuk and her actor boyfriend Nuttawuth Boonrapsap on January 12 went to an interview with police at the Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD) in Bangkok regarding her Instagram post that allegedly violated

Actress Apinya “Saipan” Sakuljaroensuk has an appointment to meet police investigators and a prosecutor at the Office of the Attorney General in Bangkok's Ratchadapisek area on February 15 to discuss her recent Instagram post that allegedly violated the Computer Crime Act, a police source said on Wednesday.

The 27-year-old is alleged to have live-streamed a vidoe that included a shot of her 24-year-old boyfriend Nuttawuth Boonrapsap’s penis on January 4. The clip then went viral, prompting Apinya to delete the Instagram story and issue an apology for the “accident”.

The Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD) has been tasked with determining whether she had violated the law by uploading pornographic images onto a computer system accessible to the public.

The source said the actress told the investigators that she shot the video clip but had no ill-intention, as she didn’t notice at the time that it also included her boyfriend's private part.

The source said police advised her to bring assets to apply for a bail release when they meet at 10am on February 15.

The charge in question carries a punishment of up to three years in jail and/or a Bt60,000 fine.

........as she didn’t notice at the time that it also included her boyfriend's private part.

Good to see all the narcissists getting their 15 minutes of fame.

This could all be resolved by a quick phone call by one police officer telling them to be more careful next time.....but no. It has to be made public and they all have to sit around smiling and taking photos like attention deprived tawots.

Computer Crime Act, Technology Crime Suppression Division, 3 years in prison, 60,000 Baht fine.

These are things that should be used to address serious crimes - not a photo of some guy's willy on a social media site which people can choose to view or not.

Pathetic.

Not really a terrible crime I am thinking. Pretty sure it was accidental.

How about using resources to catch criminals actually causing harm?

How much makeup does she need to look desirable?

Apparently she didn't notice it the first time they got naked either.

Is this asset they're talking about her taking along on the 15th?

Just because something could be accessible to the public doesn't force the public to view it.  People still have to actively join, sign up, visit the page or whatever.  Nutty law

I wonder how much this Lady would smile if she saw a real one? Mini happy days until she does

Was it so small, that she didnt notice it! Wow, what a compliment.
