Motorcycles Banned From National Parks?

I want to go to Sangkhlaburi on my motorcycle but the only way I can see to get there is through Khao Laem National Park on highway 323. Does anyone know if the wacky new motorcycle ban in national parks is in affect or being enforced?

You can ride your bike to Sangkhlaburi.

I also wonder if anyone has been denied entry yet. I have entered some smaller national parks around NE Thailand recently and nobody complained. Bigwing is planning a trip beginning of next month that goes through national parks around NW up to Chiang Mai I think, doesn't seem to be an issue.
