Our agreement with the mammasan and girl was for the girl to stay until 06.00 the next morning. The mammasan insisted i pay for everything up front, which I did on my credit card. Later at the room, we proceeded and while in the act she was already asking to leave at midnight and then 03.00, making it very unenjoyable for me. After the act and pop, she got dresssed and began to play a game on her phone laying in my bed. She did not want to do anything besides play the game and rejected my advances to kiss her. Afterwards, she left at 22.30 and broke our agreement 8 hours early . I asked her to call mammasan who offered no help at all on the phone and was extremely unpleasant. This is a giant scam in my opinion and unlike normal bar transactions. Is there anything I can do to regain my money, where my long time ran out on me in less than an hour and purposefully planned it? I know it is not smart paying the girl upfront but I have not barfined in many years and was not expecting her to leave. I also think this is a bar to be avoided, possibly worse than others. You learned tonight and you won't do the same mistake again. You could go back to the bar and ask for a partial refund but your chance to get any money back is very low. And if you get into a (heated) argument with anybody in the bar you only lose face or worse. Forget about it. For the future I suggest you tell the girl clearly what you want and confirm that she understood what you talk about. If she just says "yes, yes, I do anything you want" then she likely didn't understand it (or you didn't ask for enough or she is one of the few exceptions). Agree on a price and pay after the service. And if you really insist on i.e. 9am and another round of sex in the morning better tell her in advance. If I were you, I’d call the credit card company and require as to the balance left on your card. You think the network is so capable as to exact retribution on someone who cancelled a CC payment? I don't.... although I would be cancelling the card as it's security is compromised. OP.. many mistakes, live and learn. Take consolation in the fact that it happens to many, girls will leave after ST whatever was discussed or paid. Using a CC and paying in advance opened the door for them. The usual line is a sister calling saying she has lost her key! It is all BS! I have recovered money from bar owners but generally I have got rid of the girl before anything happened and the bar was owned by a Westerner who made claims of aid for dissatisfied customers.
