Incredibly random question

I'm an American living here in Thailand and was working on filing my income taxes using Taxact software as I have done in years past.  Now for the last two days I am not able to access their webpage www.taxact.com or get confirmation using their software I download a few days ago that my return has been accepted.

 

Can anyone help me out and check if they are able to access the website https://www.taxact.com?  I have confirmation that the site is accessible in the USA, so I am trying to isolate the problem to Thailand.   Both my laptop and mobile device has been unable to access any of their websites.

 

Any help is appreciated

Thanks for the help Simon.  Now I know it isn't just my problem.  Which is a huge relief to me. Mods can close this thread if they wish.

 

And any Americans still needing to file their income taxes may want to avoid taxact.

You have a question mark at the end of your link. You need to delete this and then the website will work.

I get errors like that on websites sometimes. Also have a similar issue with Skype sometimes. I usually just do a quick VPN location change and it works again.
