I remember reading recently that TM30 reports can still be done at the old (soon to be new offices) building 3 is that correct?

Thanks

It's an absolute breeze to file the TM30 at building 3. Just pull in and park right out front, stroll inside and likely one of the students will take your passport and you will be on your way in minutes flat. Done it numerous times and nothing could be easier.

I was not even aware TM30 could be posted, does not seem practical.

I must have misread about some doing the TM30 at building 3 as well as Promenada.

Behind the new building?

Just to the right of the new building at the back. Use the same entrance as previous and you'll see the building directly in front of you and you can typically park immediately in front. Building 3 is clearly marked.

You're talking about 90 day reporting.   TM 30 at Building 3 is still good, i use it every time but you cannot post it.

Your correct, getting old and got them mixed up,but i thought

you could only do the TM 30 at building 3 if you had done it there

before, if doing completely new one you can only do at Promenada,???

You can do the original filing of a TM30 or an update at Building 3 (I've done both there).  I'd note that, according to the boss of Building 3, their operations will move into the new building once it's open for business (according to him, that's in August of this year).

My tenant successfully filed a TM30 at building 3 today after arriving back in Chiangmai on Saturday.

Took all of 5 minutes.

Thanks for the info.

This will only become an issue on the morning they open the gates for business

People managed before....and, given they've torn down the other buildings there, it looks to me that the new parking area is somewhat bigger than the old parking area.  That presumes, of course, that we are allowed to park in there at all.  Guess we'll find out in August.  Photo taken a month or two ago:

A fair bit of space when construction is completed in addition there is a sign saying there is alternative parking opposite at a garage and a massage place. So you can probably get a car wash and a rub down while you are there once a year.
