Hello, wondering if anyone can help.

My wife came to to the UK on the 15th November 2013 on a 5 year spouse visa. However her flr visa is valid until 20th February 2019.

Can anyone tell me when we can apply for the ilr visa?

Obviously 5 years is November 2018 but my wife thinks we should wait until February 2019.

All other requirements are met.

I’ve looked and believe we can apply in November 2018 (-28 days) but not 100% sure hence on here.

Any advice welcome
