I think its standard to say after a murder that he was not trying to kill her. I mean its the standard it was an accident excuse that you see used here by many Thai males.. now a foreigner does it... we are not that different. Once in trouble everyone lies to get out of trouble.. few really fes up to it.

But its sad to see this happening.

It happened only 65 km away and I've just seen her Facebook page, the kids, and so on. I started to hate this pig on two legs. An eye for an eye comes to mind.

Another great advertisement for the peace-loving foreigners in LOS. RIP Kanda.

Let's hope that the kids have the chance to grow up in the right family.

If you're married to a attractive person 22 years younger than you, paranoia is going to be pretty much a constant.   Maybe she was cheating, maybe she wasn't. Still, no reason to kill her.

planting the seed that she may have deserved it.

You are right. No one deserves that...anywhere in the world.

Men all over the world marry women half their age or less.

Never ceases to amaze me seeing these old losers who commence a relationship with someone half their age and who works as a hooker. She then ...surprise surprise flutters her eyes at men closer to her age and grandad goes off it.

Would any of them start a relationship with eg  a known british or american hooker? Of course they wouldnt.

Idiots

Has it been stated that she was a prostitute ?

this is one very disturbed individual, I'd like to know more about him before coming to Thailand, there are some that come here having abandoned a very sordid past in their home countries many blame everyone and everything but themselves.

Nobody deserves to be beaten to death let alone then dumped outside like a bag of trash, I didn't mean to kill her doesn't wash

Very sad story indeed for this young girl, I hope this sick (deleted) spends the rest of his days rotting in a Thai jail

RIP

Yea the sad part is the kids, (of course everyone who loved the lady). But the kids.. they lose their mom.. can they still love their dad after what he has done... hard to grow up like that.. dad killed mom.

Real sad.. one would think that if you have 3 kids your reasonably sure of your wife and life. Usually kids bind people together.

I accept that every woman has the right to say NO, hence the huge numbers of rapes reported. I am not sure about Thai law, but is it a crime for a man to rape his legal wife ? Of course rape is an act of violence but better than murder where there are three offspring involved

Thailand reformed its rape law in 2007, expanding the definition of rape to cover victims of all sexes and all types of sexual penetration, and recognising rape within marriage as a crime.

Some people seem to think he should get what he deserves and more, why more ?

Surely what he deserves is enough ?

It's a good job he had no drugs or he would really be in trouble. 5 to 10 years max.

5-10 years?? Really?? I bet you also believe all the bar stool stories that most crimes can be resolved by paying a 500 Baht fine

I don't find it high violence at al for a foreigner, we are capable of the same violence as Thais.. kicking a girl in the head.. strangling her. I think foreigners should be reminded that wherever you come from there will be always scum like this and should stop judging Thais based on their scum. Just like I don't hold the Brits responsible for this scum or the Dutch for the pedo guy.

I often watch documentaries, and believe me whatever country you choose there are always animals like this.

Well said , I was thinking the same . , imagine if a thai man bashed and kicked a western girl to death.

Kannot  You are as bad as the one that killed her with a comment like that.

a Stella performance possibly. Now 3 children have lost both parents. The ego won over acceptance of what is, who knows what led up to this.As to bashing the age difference, they must have had something going for them to have had 3 children together. Very sad, very unnecessary but standing from the outside it's easy to judge.

This is how it all started....Lovely couple

Now she is dead......and he is going to spend many years in jail...

According to Thai sources alcohol was involved...no surprise there

Such a shame.

Why did he not go to the Wat and say he would go to police station  in a week or 2 after making merit?

He isn't Thai, and I believe this is a tragedy, I can't believe that a man wanted to kill the mother of his three children, this obviously wasn't premeditated, he flipped.

That's a broad statement to make... I have no paranoia about that whatsoever and age gap is even bigger. Even if I did catch her cheating I most certainly wouldn't kill her.

You obviously feel secure in your relation, that is the way it should be. I don't get it why people stay in relations they are not happy in. Life is too short as it is.

Most normal people would not kill someone over cheating, I would not lay a hand on my GF if she cheated. It would probably mean the end of the relationship.. but no drama or anything.. just ending it and that is it. No need for vengeance.

songkran 10pm? left the body outside until the morning. Can't help thinking the guy was high or drunk. I also find it hard to believe that someone can turn to such extreme violence as a one off and wonder if he has a history of being controlling and violent. really sad state of affairs. ruined the whole families life including his own for what? absolutely pathetic. may she RIP and may he rot in hell

In the BKK post they reported the guy was drinking beer with his wife. So good chance he was drunk, some people just get real aggressive when drunk. If he had a history of this it should count against him anyone who has a history of aggression when drinking should not drink and if something happens when they do drink should be held extra accountable because they know they have a history of violence with alcohol.

This bustard deserves the worst Thailand can throw at him & much much more, Scum.

So sad for the 3 children, a mother killed by their father who now will probably be in jail until he is very old, or dies.

He should have just had a J Arthur Rank, now he's not going to

get much female sex where he's going.if people only stopped

to think before they acted.

RIP for the lovely young lady.what a waste of life.

The moral of the story is like real estate in Thailand, ~ Why buy when you can rent and always get the best socio economic location location location in that of a Thai wife who is the same socio economic and possibly education level as you Farang. She needs her own house, car and money to even qualify OK. This is the Thai way.

She went to University it seems so your ricefield lady argument already fell through. Also the location where people come from isn't relevant in my book, Isaan has a larger population than Central Thailand and  Central Thailands population largely has Isaan routs which can be seen every Songkran and New Years. Statistically you are already at odds larger than 50% unless you start discriminating people based on where they or their parents were born.

The amount of self-made women not relying on dads money for the car, house and money they might own is an extremely small group. The ones with good jobs again probably got them through family connections so they probably belong to the previous group as well. Then maybe you have a group of women that you describe that a foreigner ideally would need to meet however more likely than not are too busy working their ass off to buy that house, car and money in the bank (important as going into debt doesn't count) while probably also supporting their family so they are not out in social groups or hanging out on places like tinder.

how did this farang this person??? sorry  for not being understanding ...etc... but she really wasn't pretty... right? This guy must have been those whities who are desperate for any type of women!!!  Guess he didn't get much at home!!! Sorry for the woman, my condolences to her and her family...

What drug are you on?

Did you take the slightest effort to get informed before writing such crap?

But rest assured, your post is one in a long row of absolutely disgusting rubbish in this thread.

She is not a prostitute, she looks very cute, self sufficient, studied.

And he does not look like a "loser" and is capable to write proper English in internet posts/comments.

Alcohol, very pretty young wife, burning jealousy, rejection.

A mix that leads to violent crime under extreme situations. Not exclusive for Brits, not exclusive for Thailand.

Have you followed the "Thai husband kills Thai wife", "Thai wife kill Thai husband" threads of the last weeks/months?

Far from being as lively as this one.

He will get what he deserves but don't cry if it's not for first degree murder or the like.

One of the reports indicates she fell and he left her there. This may not be as cut and dry as it sounds. Not defending him just what I read. Bloody idiot all because she did not want nooky whilst visiting folks what an absolute retard.

Yes, and that's about all you can write without knowing what developed between the two and happened on the spot.

I hope this guy rots in jail for what he has done.

I was raised understanding that kicking someone when down was the lowest of the low, a real dog act - now if fighting for your life it's a completely different story.

Must admit this shocking even me hang the bastard .now he will be the one getting rogered  every day 24/7.
